This Sunday we have another big, big show for you (well, actually, it will be about the same size as all the others) on the entirety of the 11L network.

Our computer ailments that caused us to go bye early last time around (fueled by the frenetic state the combination of Chivas and wine supplied) seem to be ‘under control’, so we shall make it to the finish line, even if we lose all functions but our microphones. I am on the air infrequently enough as is.

We have much to sort out and I am fully prepared to infotain you regardless of what the last 25 years have proven.

So join us straight up at 8PM Eastern, for another extravagant Extravagonzo (with whatever pre game filler music that will trump anything else played by music radio stations) commencing about 7:30.

All I can say is great show. My experience with tenants, for the most part, was very close to yours. Getting rid of a building in Arbor Hill (Albany) was the best thing I ever did. I found life is much more enjoyable when your not chasing rent or dodging code violations.
